When running with limited privilages, StartupPN does not remove an item from the All Users group despite showing that it has.

Depends onAn error occurs when adding a startup item to the All Users group in StartupPN when running with limited privilages.
Bug report typeNon-fatal bug
Program affectedProject Nelson (v1.0 Build 019 and v1.0 Build 020)
Details When you try to remove a startup item from the All Users startup group using StartupPN running with limited privilages, it will apparently do so. However, if you close the StartupPN window and reopen, it will become apparent that this is not the case. This occurs because StartupPN doesn't have sufficient privilages to complete the action.
Steps to reproduce
  1. Open the StartupPN main window.
  2. Click on an item from the All Users group.
  3. Click Remove.
  4. Close and reopen the StartupPN main window.
WorkaroundStart Registry Editor, and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. Find and delete the items you wish not to run at startup.
StatusWILL_FIX in v1.0 Build 021.
