After specifying a contacts folder in PeoplePN on first run, any existing groups do not display.

Users starting PeoplePN for the first time will be prompted to select a folder to put their contacts in. If they specify a folder which already has contact groups, these groups will not display in the window after they click “OK”.

This occurs because the groups view does not refresh itself after a folder is chosen.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Start PeoplePN for the first time.
  2. Type in a contacts folder location that was used by a previous installation of PeoplePN and click OK.
Workaround 1

Create a new group. Open and then close the newly-created group. The other groups should reappear.

Workaround 2

Close and reopen PeoplePN. The groups should now appear.
